It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Marc J. Comisar. After owing my own business and CEO of a company with 1700 employees I value good customer service. Marc not only excels in customer service, he is able to get the highest price for your property. I was surprised when Marc told me what we should price the house that he sold for me. I would have asked several thousand less if I had sold it myself. Another realtor may have gone along with what I wanted to sell the house for in order to get a "quick sell." While the house was being shown a window was broken out by some kids in the neighborhood or a stray golf ball. Marc called me right away and temporarily put plastic over the window to keep the rain out. Marc knows several trustworthy people that do power washing and small repairs around the house. Marc had someone install some ceiling lights, power wash and do some other small repairs that made the house more attractive for buyers. The costs were small compared to the price we got for the home.

Marc is a family man and a highly professional individual. After 40 years in business I have a feeling about someone when I first meet them. I had a very positive feeling about Marc when I first met him which proved to be true throughout the selling process. I rarely write recommendations for anyone but I am glad to write this one for Marc.

Marc sold my Stoneybrook home fast. They sold it in less than one month. My wife Doris and I are very happy with the job he did and the money we got for our home.
